Once an order is confirmed, Musclefuelindia.in will not accept any refund or return requests.

Exchange/ replacement requests may be accepted only in any of the situations mentioned below:

In case of damaged Products:

Musclefuelindia.in needs to be notified of a damaged Product within 3 days from delivery date via email to musclefuelindia.team@gmail.com 

Your email should contain:

  • The order number
  • An image of the invoice
  • The outer box image
  • Two clear images of the damaged Product.
  • Clear images of MuscleFuel India Seal Mark present at the bottom of Product. 

Your email will be responded to within 24-48hrs and we shall guide and assist you with your exchange/replacement thereafter.

The damaged product should be returned to Musclefuelindia.in in its original packing within 2 days of the customer receiving the same. In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected/damaged product/s can be returned. The customer will bear all the cost of shipment.

A replacement for the damaged Product shall be despatched to you within 14 days after receipt of damaged product at our end.

Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

In case of missing Products:

Musclefuelindia.in needs to be notified of the missing Product/s within 3 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to you. Such notification is to be made by email to musclefuelindia.team@gmail.com 

Your email should contain:

  • The order number,
  • An image of the invoice,
  • The outer box image (In case only part of the shipment is missing).
  • Two clear images of the opened box showing all other items received (In case only part of the shipment is missing). 

Your email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and we shall guide and assist you with your claim regarding the missing Product/s.

A replacement for the missing Product shall be despatched to you within 14 days after receipt of your email regarding the missing Product.

Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

General

Product/s will be replaced after due investigation and diligence by us. In all situations, we will work with you on providing an amicable solution and we always assure a fair outcome at all times.
